Born from a rare blend of expertise. Cara merges over 20 years as a casting director in both Australia and the UK. With over 12 years of mastery in traditional acupuncture, including a first-class licentiate from The Acupuncture Academy (2014).

Both careers share a profound skill: intuitively understanding people and how diverse elements harmonise. Whether casting a West End production or crafting a bespoke healing journey - the elements are the same.

When I was entrusted with an international client’s wellbeing, I approached their care as I would a leading role - interpreting the unique case.
I listened deeply, curating a hand-picked team of gifted and trusted holistic practitioners, and orchestrating a seamless, personalised healing experience.
The result was transformational for the client. It introduced a whole new angle to the work I offer. This culminated in the formation of the Catalyst to Healing Collective.

After seven years in Brighton, a city renowned for its vibrant alternative wellness scene, I have cultivated an exclusive network of world-class therapists.
Healing is never linear, so my role is to guide each client toward their optimal health through innovative, tailored pathways. Specifically commissioned for their individual goals and bodies needs.

Beyond private practice, I have led pioneering projects, including delivering over 750 acupuncture treatments to NHS staff during the height of Covid-19, and spearheading advanced multi-modality programs for long-term trauma patients within the NHS.
​
Inspired by these successes, I partnered with a leading energy psychologist to fuse Chinese medicine, kinesiology, shamanism, and energy psychology - achieving extraordinary, lasting results.

I look forward to welcoming more guests to Brighton and creating bespoke packages, to assist them with achieving their desired goals.
